Conflicts/ Problems

1) Around 3000 B.C., when Sita was born, in a small village called Rajastan, a disease had entered the village. Sita had a best friend named Amba, Amba was seven years older than Sita's seven years. Amba and Sita had been drinking out of the polluted river. Sita was somehow spared but Amba caught the disease. Amba vomitted blood in the last two days of her life, and Sita could only sit and watch her die. Sita's sorrow was great since Amba was 8 months pregant at the time. Even thought Sita was her best friend she didn't tell her who the father was, she never told anyone. When she died, her body should have been cremated, offered to Vishnu, and her ashes thrown in the river. But recently an Aghoran preist had entered her village, he had other ideas for the body. The priestbrought his ideas, many listened to him because of their fears for the plague. The priest said that the plague was a result of an evil rakshasa or demon that had taken offense at their worship for the great God Vishnu. He said the only way to free the village was to call forth an even greater being, a ykshini, and persuade it to eat the rakshasa. Some thought the idea was reasonable, but many others, including Sita felt that if God couldn't protct them how could a yaksnini? The people knew that the yaksnini did not have love for humanity, but the priest said he could handle him, and so he was allowed to continue with his plans. The priest chose Amba's body since her late pregnancy attracted him. Sita was a child at the time, but she could see something in the priests eyes that was cold and uncaring. Women were not allowed to attend the ceremoney. Since Sita was worried what they were going to do with her friend's body, she sneaked into the woods in the middle of the night and hid behind a boulder, where they would perform the Invocation. It began, the priest had prepared Amba's body and he started a lon repitious chant. Each time the priest completed the verse he would hit Amba's belly with a long sharp stick. It was like if he was trying to wake her up, or something inside her. This went for a long time, but soon Amba's belly began to bleed. This frightened the men since she bled like if she were a living person. Sita new this couldn't happen since she witnessed when Ama died.
2) Suddenly something came. A smell worsened, and the men began to mutter aloud that they should stop. The priest began to laugh, but stopped when Amba suddenly sat up. She was hiedous, her face dripped blood, her eyes bulged from her head as if pushed out from the inside, her grin widened over her teeth as if pulled by wire, and worst of all was her tongue. It stetched much longer than any human tongue could, almost like a foot, curling and liking the air. As Sita watched in horrow, she knew she was watching a yakshini come to life. The thing turned to the priest, and he no longer looked confident. The yakshnini crackled like a hyena and grabbed the priest. The priest screamed but no one helped. The yakshnini licked the poor man's face, and his screams gagged in his throat. For wherever the demon licked him, his skin would be pulled off of him. Soon the priest was faceless, in a mass of gore. Ten the demon pulled his arms onto the priest skull and pullled the priest head until it was twisted onto his back. When the priest fell down dead, Sita could tell that he saw her behind the boulder. It's cold eyes felt like cold knives pressing through her eyes. Thankfully, the monster closed its eyes and Amba's body layed back down. Sit'as father was brave enough to stand next to the body and poke it with a stick, he poked the priest, but it was clear that the man was dead. Then Sita's father noticed that something was moving inside Amba's belly. Amba was not dead or if she was, her child was not. Sit'as father grabbed a knife and was about to cut the infant out of Amba's womb.Thats when Sita ran to her father, not wanting the child come into the world. Her father opposed and then Sita didn't know what was right. Sita's father saved the infant, it was a male. Sita refused to carry it, but she named it. She named is Yaksha since it has a heart of a yakshnini. Father gave Yaksha to Sita's aunt to care for. She treated it as her own, he was a beautiful baby. Dark hair and pale blue eyes. He grew much faster than Sita, and was much smarter. He would always persuade her to talk to him, and he would always have a little gift for her. Sita was attracted to him, but occasionally she would catch a disturbing glimmer in his eyes, and reminded of her of that smile the Yashnini had, Soon the 6 men who witnessed Yaksha's birth disapeared, and soon her father did too. One of the men was found gored to death as if by a wild animal. Soon Sita had fallen in love with a man named Rama. She had a child which she would only have joy for a year. One night Sita heard a sound outside, she followed it. She knew it was Yaksha, before she could scream he covered her mouth. He confessed that he killed her father but only because he didnt want to join him.
3) Yaksha Asked Sita if she wanted to join him, she refused, until he threatened her. He told her if he didnt join him he would kill her family. She couldnt allow that. Sita said yes, and he mixed their bloods together, and she soon became like him. The first female vampire.

Deaf Friend...

I am very attracted to your passion to kill but also to love. You hunt humantity and love humanity. It's very interesting how a vampire like you has survived for about 5,000 years without being murdered. It's also interesting how you managed to travel around the world to keep your identity a secret, since you have stayed and looked the same for the past thousands of years. I acutally think that you will survive in this story because you are a very strong person, since you are a vampire. It's also wierd how you managed to stay with about 4 names, and not change them each time you moved. If i were you i would have probably had about a hundreds of name. I acutally like your birth name, Sita. It's a simple name but it probably has a meaning to it. You are being hunted down by an old "friend" who needs to kill all evil. You have been through alot. Sacrificing yourself to become a vampire so Yaksha wouldn't kill your family since he loved you, but now he wants to kill you. Even if he's the first, you are the last.
You can tell that you really love Ray, even with the little amount of time that you've been with him. Fight for both of your lives since Yaksha wants to end both of your lives, including his. If i were actually there i would help you kill him than rather trick him, to kill him. And even at the end of the story, how the wooden stake went through your heart, you will probably die. I think that you will survive because some how Krishna will come and save your life since both you and Ray deserve it. Even with all your wisdom you will find a way to survive.

Setting

The setting takes place in Mayfair. Mayfair is a town on the Oregon coast. It is chilly, late in autumn, enclosed by trees on one side and salt water on the other. Lara (Sita) enrolls in Mayfair High. The setting also takes place in 3000 B.C., when she was born. They were the original Aryans. There were swarm of hornets in search of warmer climates. They lived in a small village in Rajastan, where the dessert had already begun to blow in sand from the dead lands to the west. This also takes place in Alisa's home, the one she had rented to get Ray under her control. It was an empty place, there were a few boxes, and one bed which Alisa didn't need. There was a jaquizze outside in the back part of the house.

The last vampire

This book is about a five-thousand-year-old vampire, named Alisa Perne. She is a blonde, attractive girl. She appears to be 18 years old, but her voice and knowledge gets people to think she’s older. She is a wealthy girl with a mansion stored with antiques and art pieces. The stories that have been told about creatures like her, are not entirely true. She does not turn to ash in the sun, nor does she cringe when she sees a crucifix. She wears a tiny gold cross around her neck, but only because she likes it. She cannot fly nor make another of her kind by just having them drink my blood. Wolves like her, and she can jump so high that one might imagine she can fly. The subject of blood fascinates Alisa, she’s often thirsty. She can be stabbed in the arm with a knife and heal within minutes without scarring. If she would be stabbed with a wooden stake, then maybe she would die. She has the strength of five men, she loves to fight and kill. There is not one physical attack and defense of which she is not a master.

Alisa is called in by a man named Michael Riley. He is a private detective, he called Alisa and told her to come to his office to have a little talk of something she might find of an interest. Mr.Riley thinks she is dangerous because in a glance she can see that he carries a revolver beneath his left breast. She hears a faint scratch of moving metal plastic, he is taping the conversation. Alisa is sitting on the chair smiling and thinking about how her prey would die. He tells her that he has been researching her for the last few months, and he then asks her age. Vampires consider that question impolite. He is interested in her wealth because she is the richest woman in the world, and yet no one has heard of her. There is also no trace of family, so he is interested in how she became rich. She asks him who gave him the information or who lead him to her, but he says no one. She can tell when people lie. She continues to ask him the same question but he denies it. He pisses her off and that’s when she jumps out of her chair, kicks Riley in the throat with her heel. He lands on the floor drowning in his own blood. She asks him one more time, and he gasps the word “slim”, since she threatened him that she would kill his son.

She ends up going to high school to meet Mr.Riley’s son. Her new name is Lara Adams. He has a girlfriend, and Alisa thinks he is handsome. His name is Ray Riley. She must grab Ray’s attention and kindness to get what she wants. She hopes that his girlfriend won’t stand in the way, she wouldn’t want to kill her too. Later on she meets a anemic-looking young man with thick glasses, named Seymour Dorsten. She can tell that he will be dead in less than a year. She can tell he has a sickness. Lara then notices that he can almost read her mind, when she was about to shoot her teacher with an arrow from gym class. They end up becoming friends, and she thinks of him as her son.

Lara then ends up obtaining the information she wanted from Riley. They end up falling in love. But when she thinks that she is the last of her kind, an old “friend” comes looking for her. He sends people to kidnap her but she ends up escaping. That old friend is the first of her kind and she is the last. His name is Yaksha, he was the one who turned Lara into a vampire, centuries ago. He came back to kill her. Long ago, there was a man thought to be a god, his name was Krishna. Lara’s name back then was Sita. Krishna and Yaksha played their flute with a pit full of snakes. Yaksha lost and swore that he would kill all evil, including himself. Krishna told Sita that it will not happen if love interferes. Lara ends up turning Ray into a vampire. When Yaksha is prepared to die with them, he changes his mind and lets Lara and Ray escape. When she runs out it was too late. A wooden stake flew threw her heart. As she laid on the floor with pain, she knew how much she loved Ray.
